We will not disclose our client relationships without prior permission.
We will not distribute e-mail addresses and we take seriously all anti-spam efforts.
We do make backup images and copies of computer folders and disk drives prior to remediation efforts, in order to ensure restoration to the original state, if necessary. However, upon completion of the work, such backups are destroyed.
We do enable archiving for select customers and employ encryption and other measures to ensure privacy.
We treat customers' data as if it were our own and do not use, disclose, sell or otherwise abuse our responsibility or the trust that customers place in us.
